Tattoo Removal frequently asked questions
Laser tattoo removal works by delivering pulses of high-intensity laser light to the tattooed area. The laser light is absorbed by the tattoo ink, breaking it down into smaller particles that are gradually eliminated by the body’s natural processes. The laser produces very short bursts of energy which is capable of producing massive amounts of power instantly. This peak power id highly effective in breaking up pigmentation & colour/tattoo ink in the skin. The ink is then absorbed into the bloodstream and eventually expelled from the body.
When performed by a trained and experienced professional, laser tattoo removal is generally safe. However, there are some risks associated with the procedure, including the possibility of skin irritation, changes in skin pigmentation, and the risk of scarring. It’s essential to undergo treatment with a reputable provider to minimize these risks.
